Neste domingo, 05/11, direto de Los Angeles, acontece uma das premiações mais importantes que antecedem o Oscar, o Globo de Ouro 2020 apresentada pelo comediante Ricky Gervais. A cerimônia que é transmitida pela TV para vários países acontece em Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, terá 25 categorias de indicação, 14 para cinema e 11 de séries e produções para TV.

Com seis indicações, "História de um casamento", filme com Adam Driver e Scarlett Johansson lidera o ranking de indicações na premiação. "Era uma Vez em... Hollywood", de Quentin Tarantino, e "O irlandês" de Martin Scorsese (produzido e exibido pela Netflix), são indicados por cinco categorias. O anti-herói "Coringa" recebeu quatro indicações, incluindo o de Melhor Ator de Drama, para Joaquin Phoenix, e de Melhor Diretor, para Todd Phillips. E a produção dirigida pelo brasileiro Fernando Meirelles, "Dois papas", também tem quatro categorias indicadas na noite.
